Using Blink
Blink is software for sending, receiving and holding Bitcoin and a dollar-denominated balance. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your devices and login information secure.
Custodial services
When you use the custodial wallet, Blink manages the relevant balances on your behalf. Access depends on your Blink account, and additional terms may apply to custodial services and to the Blink API.
Non-custodial services (Spark)
When you use the non-custodial wallet based on Spark, you control your keys. Blink does not hold your recovery phrase and cannot restore access to funds if it is lost.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every payment before confirming it, for safeguarding recovery information and for keeping the application updated.

Bitcoin payment risks
Bitcoin payments are generally irreversible. The value of bitcoin can change significantly. Network conditions can affect fees and confirmation times for on-chain payments.
Dollar Balance
The Dollar Balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and is not covered by deposit protection schemes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
